Terms of Service
Welcome to VMSC (Vryionic's MultiStream Connector). By downloading, installing, or using VMSC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use VMSC.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VMSC in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the software, including free and Premium subscribers.
2. Description of Service
VMSC is a desktop application that connects live streaming platforms (such as TikTok LIVE and Twitch) to interactive services including VRChat (via OSC), PiShock, OBS overlays, and more. VMSC allows streamers to automate interactions, control avatars, trigger devices, and build custom stream experiences.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use VMSC. By using the software, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. VMSC is not intended for use by minors.
4. Accounts & Authentication
VMSC uses Patreon-based authentication. By signing in, you authorize VMSC to access your Patreon account information solely for the purpose of verifying your identity and membership status. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Free and Premium Tiers
5.1 Free Tier
The free tier of VMSC provides access to core features at no cost. Vryionic reserves the right to modify which features are available in the free tier at any time.
5.2 Premium Tier
Premium features are available through an active Patreon subscription at the applicable tier ($9.99/month). Premium access is contingent upon maintaining an active subscription. Cancellation of your Patreon subscription will result in loss of access to Premium features at the end of the current billing period.
5.3 Refunds
Subscription payments are handled through Patreon and are subject to Patreon's refund policies. Vryionic does not directly process payments and cannot issue refunds for Patreon subscriptions.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use VMSC only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
- Use VMSC to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any person
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of VMSC
- Redistribute, sublicense, sell, or resell VMSC or access to VMSC
- Use VMSC in a manner that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law
- Use VMSC to violate the terms of service of any connected third-party platform (TikTok, Twitch, VRChat, etc.)
- Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or disable any security features or authentication mechanisms
- Share, transfer, or distribute your Premium account access to others
- Use VMSC to send unsolicited messages or spam through any connected platform
7. Third-Party Services
VMSC integrates with third-party platforms and services. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Vryionic is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services. Supported integrations include, but are not limited to:
- TikTok / TikTok LIVE
- Twitch
- VRChat (via OSC)
- PiShock
- OBS Studio
- Streamer.bot
8. Intellectual Property
VMSC, including all code, design, graphics, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Vryionic and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in VMSC beyond the limited license to use the software as described herein.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
VMSC is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Vryionic does not warrant that VMSC will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vryionic disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Vryionic be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use of or inability to use VMSC
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Actions or content of any third-party services connected through VMSC
- Any hardware damage or malfunction caused by connected devices
- Any other matter relating to VMSC
11. Hardware & Device Safety
VMSC can interact with physical hardware devices such as PiShock. You acknowledge that you use such features at your own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring the safe use of any connected hardware. Vryionic is not responsible for any injury, discomfort, or damage resulting from the use of hardware devices through VMSC.
12. Modifications to the Service
Vryionic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue VMSC (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. Vryionic shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
13. Changes to These Terms
Vryionic reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the VMSC application or the Discord community server. Your continued use of VMSC after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Termination
Vryionic may terminate or suspend your access to VMSC at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use VMSC will immediately cease.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
